Michael Flint
Digital Branding Chair
Michael founded Metropolis Creative in 1999. Michael has taught print and web designcourses at Northeastern University and Bentley College. Speaking engagements include The Boston Chamber of Commerce and the Mass Health Data Consortium. Michael holds a BFA in Graphic Designfrom Rochester Institute of Technology and has won numerous design awards. When not at work, Michael enjoys sketching, brewing beer, and skating.

Scott Smigler is President of Exclusive Concepts, Inc., a Yahoo! Small Business Partner that helps online retailers to increase revenue, get smarter and do more with less. Services include advanced search engine optimization services, conversion optimization and more.
Seth van der Swaagh
Events Chair
Seth is currently the Head of Industry for a national Telecom focused advertising sales team at Google. He has been with Google since 2004 holding a variety of senior advertising sales roles including National Industry Manager for mid-market Consumer Packaged Goods advertisers, and Head of Industry for a Retail industry focused team. He also oversees Industry Relations efforts for Google's Boston office. Seth is a graduate of Brown University with a BA in International Relations, and holds both an MBA and an MS degree from Boston University.
